My recent stay at the Boston Marriott Copley Place had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to shopping and dining options. However, the customer service left much to be desired; there were persistent issues with my room reservations and communication that made for a frustrating experience. Although the room was comfortable, the overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit dated, which was disappointing considering the price.
