My recent stay at the Boston Marriott Copley Place had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to shopping and dining options. However, the customer service left much to be desired; there were persistent issues with my room reservations and communication that made for a frustrating experience. Although the room was comfortable, the overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit dated, which was disappointing considering the price.
Rooms

My room was comfortable and clean (I appreciated how inviting it was), but I noticed some dated elements, like the fogged windows that were disappointing.
Service

The service was not up to par. Despite being an Elite member, my requests were often met with attitude or confusion, which really affected my stay.

I enjoyed the dining options available, especially the Yard House, but there wasn't a breakfast included with my booking, which I found a bit lacking.

I had a decent stay at the Boston Marriott Copley Place, enjoying the spacious room and the hotel's great location. However, I faced some issues, especially with slow elevators and the misleading parking rates. The dining options were a mixed bag, with some meals being below expectations during the conference.

I found the dining options hit-or-miss, especially during the conference where the food quality was lacking. While I enjoyed some meals, the breakfast was disappointingly limited.

I recently stayed at the Boston Marriott Copley Place for a few nights, and while there were some highlights like the efficient staff and great location, I was left a bit underwhelmed overall. The room felt dated, and the added costs for drinks on the concierge floor were surprising. However, I did appreciate the convenience of accessing nearby shops and restaurants without going outside.
Rooms
6.0
The room was outdated and somewhat cramped, with just one robe provided, which was disappointing. I found the bathroom particularly small, and the decor felt tired. Upgrading to a corner room improved my view, but it’s clear the hotel needs a refresh.
Service

This hotel is excellently located; I could easily walk to the convention center and various nearby amenities. It was also convenient for accessing public transportation, making it simple to explore Boston.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent, especially the Yard House, although I did find some items rather pricey. The breakfast on the concierge floor was adequate but not particularly impressive.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers good meeting and conference facilities, and I appreciated the indoor access to shopping locations. However, the valet parking situation could use some improvement, as it felt disorganized and expensive.

I had a mixed experience at Boston Marriott Copley Place. The location is unbeatable for shopping and exploring the city, plus the health club is great with great views and a beautiful pool. However, my room was on the small side and had a few maintenance issues like a lingering smoke smell and some mildew in the bathroom. Overall, it was decent, but some upgrades are definitely needed.
Rooms

While comfortable, my room was small and in need of updates. The bathroom had a smell of cigarette smoke and some mildew on the tiles.

Location
9.0
The location could not be better; it’s a quick walk to great shopping, restaurants, and beautiful Commonwealth Avenue.
Dining

My stay at the Boston Marriott Copley Place was decent, but it had its ups and downs. The location can't be beat, especially with easy access to two malls and numerous restaurants. However, I did have some issues with the check-in process and the WiFi connection which was frustrating. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, though not really good enough to make me want to return immediately.
